BBF launches AI-driven video ads to support Find Your Fit campaign

Residential and commercial property developer BBF has just released a series of video advertisements entirely produced with the use of artificial intelligence – the first AI-powered video campaign for real estate in Cyprus.

The ads were created as part of the recently launched Find Your Fit campaign, which saw the unveiling of a new interactive property finder that uses detailed floor plans and 3D images to help buyers find their ideal home based on feedback from customers with similar lifestyles. The videos debuted on the company’s social media channels, targeting various customer segments in Cyprus and other European countries.

BBF’s Marketing Director, Olivia Semenova-Tian-Shanskaia, points out that the AI-generated video campaign aligns perfectly with the company’s spirit of trailblazing innovation:

“At BBF, we’ve always been committed to leveraging forward-thinking technologies to drive innovation. AI is no exception. We believe it has a huge role to play in the real estate and development sectors, which have a reputation for being somewhat conservative and slow to embrace emerging technologies. The tools available to us today allow us to think outside the box and personalize our content and services like never before. This would have been quite challenging to achieve without AI.”

BBF already applies AI technology across multiple aspects of its operations, including marketing and customer care. Among other things, the company pilots AI chatbots and virtual assistants to answer potential buyers’ questions, conduct virtual tours of BBF properties, and offer personalized recommendations based on customer input. A voice bot pilot is scheduled to be released in the coming month.

The video ads themselves feature AI-generated people in varied real-life scenarios. The team in charge of production used a combination of AI tools, such as Midjourney and Runway Gen-3 Alpha, to create and animate them from scratch. After hundreds of iterations and fine-tuning, the team managed to build a diverse and authentic set of characters with realistic movements and emotions that perfectly resonate with BBF’s distinct audiences.

The company is also releasing a making-of video to illustrate the creative process as well as highlight the role of AI in BBF operations and in real estate marketing as a whole.
