An off-plan villa was sold for 203 million dirhams in Palm Jumeirah

On Monday, the Dubai real estate market recorded a deal to sell an off-plan villa for 203 million dirhams within the Ayumi project in the Palm Jumeirah area.

According to Dubai Land Department data, the total area of ​​the villa, which consists of 6 rooms and a hall, is about 25,000 square feet, which is equivalent to 8,073 dirhams per square foot.

Real estate transactions at the beginning of the week’s trading amounted to about 2.5 billion dirhams, resulting from 1,060 transactions.
