His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, received in his office at the Emiri Diwan, Gant Shaoling, Member of the National Political Committee of the ruling party in the People’s Republic of China, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Chinese Chamber of Industry, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sinomak Company, specialized in heavy equipment industries, in the presence of Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Tourism Development in Ajman.
His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi welcomed the visit of Janet Shaoling and the accompanying delegation, stressing the importance of this visit in strengthening and supporting the existing relations of friendship and cooperation between the two friendly countries.
His Highness pointed out that the UAE and the People’s Republic of China are linked by historical friendship relations and a comprehensive, prosperous and growing strategic partnership that has yielded many development achievements at various levels, which serve the aspirations of the two countries towards development and prosperity. His Highness the Crown Prince of Ajman exchanged talks with the Chairman of “Sinomach” about the Chinese company’s projects and plans in the region, stressing the importance of building strategic partnerships between government agencies and the private sector to exchange expertise and implement major projects, in support of achieving development goals and contributing to enhancing economic activity, stimulating innovation and development and improving the business environment.
On the sidelines of the meeting, His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi and Gant Shaoling witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Government of Ajman and Sinomach to enhance future cooperation in a package of investment projects in infrastructure and manufacturing industries worth AED 5 billion.
The MoU was signed on behalf of the Ajman Government by Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Tourism Development Department, and Yan Weihua, General Manager of CNEEC Group, on behalf of SINOMACH.
His Highness the Crown Prince of Ajman stressed that the Ajman government is keen to provide an ideal business environment for entrepreneurs and attract investments, in order to achieve the economic visions and strategies of the emirate and the country.
His Highness added that Ajman pays great attention to expanding infrastructure projects and modern technology industries, which contributes to attracting international companies and facilitating the launch of their businesses.
For his part, Gant Shaoling expressed his happiness to meet His Highness the Crown Prince of Ajman, thanking him for the generous hospitality and warm reception. Shaoling praised the cultural renaissance witnessed by the UAE in general and Ajman in particular in various fields, and the great interest in providing flexible and attractive services to the business sector from all countries of the world through flexible legislation and modern infrastructure.
