Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department during the week amounted to more than 13.3 billion dirhams, resulting from 5,133 deals, as the department witnessed the registration of 4,243 sales transactions worth 10.01 billion dirhams, 769 mortgage transactions worth 2.68 billion dirhams, and 121 gift transactions worth 670 million dirhams.
As for weekly sales, several deals emerged according to the regions, including: Bu Kadra, which witnessed 225 transactions with a total value of AED 453.3 million, followed by Al Khiran 1, which witnessed 96 deals with a value of AED 290.6 million, then Emaar South, which witnessed 204 deals with a value of AED 249.8 million.
As for mortgages, Jumeirah Village Circle witnessed 53 mortgages worth a total of AED 48.5 million, followed by 29 mortgages worth AED 47.9 million in Dubai Marina, then Business Bay, which witnessed 31 mortgages worth AED 47.4 million.
As for donations, the Burj Khalifa area witnessed 11 donation transactions with a total value of AED 23.9 million, followed by the Palm Jumeirah area, which witnessed 5 donation transactions with a value of AED 20.6 million.
