At this year’s Carob Awards, Action Global Communications shone brightly, taking home a total of 10 awards and claiming the top spot in the digital category with three Gold trophies. The ceremony, held on October 22, 2024, celebrated creativity and strategic excellence in communication and advertising.
In the Digital category, four of Action’s campaigns, all with significant social impact, stood out:
- The breast cancer awareness campaign “Look After Your Oranges” for KEAN, which earned two Gold Awards.
- The egg cryopreservation awareness campaign “CRYOS INTERNATIONAL x KALIA ELEFTHERIOU – A ‘Fertile’ Alliance” for Cryos International, which won one Gold Award.
- The campaign “DAY8. Look After Your Oranges” for KEAN, which earned two Silver Awards.
- The campaign “Let’s Get Real” for KEAN, which won one Bronze Award.
In the PR category, Action was recognised for:
- The communication strategy for Ayia Napa Marina, winning a Silver Award.
- The launch campaign of ALTIA in the Cypriot market, winning a Bronze Award.
- The fertility awareness campaign “Cryos International – Breaking the Silence Around Fertility”, which won a Bronze Award.
- The organisation of the experiential event “Ayia Napa Marina Christmas Village”, winning a Silver Award.
The communication strategy, authentic storytelling, interactive experiences and passion were just some of the ingredients behind the success of Action’s team this year. The Carob Awards, organised by the Cyprus Advertising – Communication Association (CCCA), is currently the largest advertising and communication awards event in Cyprus, offering a unique platform for the island’s top creative talents to shine.
