Russian President Vladimir Putin confirmed on Monday that “all the goals set will be achieved” in Ukraine.
“The truth is on our side. All set goals will be achieved,” Putin said in a video speech, congratulating the Russian people on the occasion of “Reunification Day” with the Lugansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhya and Kherson regions, whose unilateral annexation is being celebrated on September 30.
