Dubai Police impounds 11 vehicles whose drivers committed acts of chaos, noise and disturbance

Major General Saif Muhair Al Mazrouei, Director of the General Traffic Department at Dubai Police, announced that traffic patrols seized 11 vehicles involved in committing acts of chaos, display, noise and disturbance to residents of residential areas, thereby causing disturbance and disturbing the security and calm of the traffic street, with their cars, dangerous movements and loud noises, risking their lives. He said that the seizure of violating vehicles extends for varying periods, in addition to the financial fine imposed in accordance with the Federal Traffic Law, and that these wrong practices were warned earlier, and it was emphasized that there are clear instructions not to tolerate the perpetrators of these traffic violations, within the framework of preserving the civilized appearance. However, there is a group that insisted on committing it.

Major General Saif Al Mazrouei pointed out that in accordance with the provisions of Decree 30 of 2023 regarding vehicle seizure, a fine for releasing the vehicle seizure was applied, amounting to (50,000) fifty thousand dirhams.

The Director of the General Traffic Department at Dubai Police warned drivers of all types of vehicles against driving recklessly and recklessly on the roads, explaining that the law punishes their drivers in a way that endangers the life of the driver or the lives of others or their safety or security, or driving them in a way that would cause damage to the road, stressing that they will be stopped. Their vehicles were seized and referred to the judiciary to take legal action against them. The police personnel do not hesitate to confront the perpetrators of violations in order to preserve their safety and the safety of road users.

Major General Saif Al Mazrouei appealed to community members, when they observe negative phenomena, to report them through the “Police Eye” service in the Dubai Police application on smart phones, or to call the We Are All Police service on 901.
