His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, met with Albin Kurti, Prime Minister of the Republic of Kosovo, in the presence of Donica Jirvala Schwarz, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kosovo, on the sidelines of the 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly in New York.
During the meeting, a number of topics on the agenda of the United Nations General Assembly were discussed, in addition to bilateral cooperation in several fields, including economic, trade, investment, and energy.
The two sides also discussed a number of files of common interest and exchanged views on them.
During the meeting, His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan stressed the distinguished relations with the Republic of Kosovo, and the UAE’s aspiration to strengthen them, in a way that serves the common interests of the two countries and supports their development goals.
The meeting was attended by His Excellency Ahmed bin Ali Al Sayegh, Minister of State.
