Dubai Charity and the British Orchard Nursery cooperate to enhance child care

The Dubai Charitable Society signed a cooperation agreement with the British Orchard Nursery chain, as part of the efforts made by both parties to enhance community cooperation and comprehensive care for children, and establish aspects of joint work and coordination to achieve the goals and objectives that serve their programs.
The agreement was signed by Ahmed Al Suwaidi, Executive Director of the Dubai Charity Society, and Dr. Vandana Gandhi, founder and CEO of the Nursery, and by British Orchard Nursery. The signing took place at the Dubai Charity Society’s headquarters, in the presence of a number of directors and officials from both parties.

The agreement aims to strengthen the bonds of cooperation and partnership between the two parties to achieve their common goals in a way that serves the aspirations and visions of both parties, and to contribute to supporting charitable and humanitarian work by preparing joint initiatives and campaigns to achieve the best results and practices that serve children, and providing locations for smart donation boxes at the nursery chain’s headquarters, in addition to To provide a healthy environment suitable for the education of the children of the association’s employees.

In this regard, Ahmed Al Suwaidi said: “We are pleased to cooperate with the British Orchard Nursery, which contributes a pioneering and positive role in childhood education and care in the Emirates, based on Dubai’s strategic charitable goals in supporting local communities and promoting sustainable development, and the belief that investing in children is an investment in the nation’s future.” ».

The Executive Director of the Dubai Charity Association stressed that this partnership is a living example of cooperation between the charitable and private sectors to achieve good for society, and seeks to develop programs and services related to the target group, and represents an important step towards building a more comprehensive and caring society, in accordance with the authentic approach supported by the sound vision of our wise leadership. Which made the UAE a global model to be emulated in the field of humanitarian work, and consolidated its image abroad as a symbol of giving.

For her part, Dr. Vandana Gandhi said: “We are proud to partner with the Dubai Charity Association to provide support to families in the Emirates, and to help the association’s employees by providing high-quality education to children at reasonable prices. In addition to distributing smart donation boxes in more than 30 nursery branches, our partnership also extends to providing training to parents in areas such as first aid and artificial intelligence technology, and providing them with knowledge that enhances the development of their children.”
