With the hunting season starting on Sunday, the hunters federation on Tuesday called on hunters to follow the safety measures.
The federation urged hunters to follow the rules and the laws about hunting to prevent accidents and ensure they stick to the imposed limits.
Hunters have to abide by the legal number of birds and animals they can hunt and record them on the ARTEMIS CY app.
The hunting season – on Sundays and Wednesdays – lasts from November 3 until December 22, in addition to December 27 and 29.
