A new lawsuit accuses the rapper of attacking Thalia Graves in 2001 and filming the incident. Thalia was 25 and dating one of Comb's employees at the time of the alleged assault. Her lawsuit has claimed Combs and his former head of security, Joseph Sherman, of "mercilessly raping" her inside the Bad Boy Records studio in Manhattan. The men allegedly gave Thalia a drink that caused her to pass out, before awakening "to find herself bound and restrained". The lawsuit accused both Combs and Sherman of "brutally" sexually assaulting Thalia as they recorded the attack on video.
