The Israeli army announced on Saturday that it had destroyed thousands of rocket launchers and 180 targets in a number of raids on southern Lebanon.
The Israeli military said today in a post on Telegram that the air force had bombed thousands of rocket launchers in the past hour “that were ready for immediate use to fire at Israeli territory.”
The army added that it will continue operations aimed at dismantling and destroying Hezbollah’s capabilities and infrastructure.
The army reported that about 90 projectiles were fired from Lebanon into northern Israel on Friday.
“In the last hour, we are carrying out extensive raids in southern Lebanon after detecting Hezbollah’s preparations to launch rockets towards Israeli territory,” said army spokesman Daniel Hagari.
He added that dozens of warplanes are attacking targets and missile platforms.
