More snow is set to fall in the mountains on Tuesday night as Cyprus’ cold snap continues.
Overnight temperatures are set to drop to just a single degree Celsius in the mountains, with temperatures elsewhere expected to be slightly less chilly, bottoming out at eight degrees Celsius inland and nine degrees Celsius on the coasts.
Earlier in the day, the skies are expected to be mostly clear, with cloud cover increasing during the afternoon in most parts.
Temperatures will rise to a maximum of 15 degrees Celsius inland, 16 degrees Celsius on the coasts, and just five degrees Celsius in the mountains.
Isolated rain showers are expected to hit parts of the island through Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with the temperatures set to gradually rise through most of the rest of the week.
