Iran announces response to Israeli attacks with “limited damage”

The Iranian Air Defense said in a statement: Israel “It attacked targets in Tehran, Khuzestan and Ilam provinces.”

The Iranian army broadcast a statement on state television, which did not show any pictures of the aforementioned damage.

Iranian official media also downplayed the impact of the Israeli retaliatory attack on Iran, describing it as “harmless.”

The army indicated that the strikes were carried out in response to recent Iranian attacks against Israel and its citizens.

He said, “Our planes returned safely. The retaliatory strike was completed and the mission was accomplished.”
