Webinar to provide info on new financial aid process for students

State Sen. Tracy Pennycuick, R-24th Dist., and the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency will jointly host an online virtual event to provide an overview of the new and changing process to apply for financial aid beginning with the 2025-26 academic year.

The presentation will be made on Tuesday, Dec 10, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., with additional time following for questions. The event is open to anyone interested in pursuing higher education, regardless of grade or age.

Don’t miss this opportunity to learn more and take the next step toward your educational goals.”

Michael Burke, PHEAA Higher Education Access Partner, will provide in-depth information on college planning, available programs, and the necessary steps to applying for aid.

“At PHEAA, we welcome every opportunity to provide guidance to those who dream of pursuing higher education,” said state Sen. Wayne Fontana, D-42nd Dist. and Chairman of the PHEAA Board of Directors. “Our financial aid experts will be sharing their knowledge and experience to help students and parents navigate the college planning and financial aid process.”
