Threatening messages to employees of the most important Israeli port: Our missiles will pursue you

Threatening messages to employees of the most important Israeli port: Our missiles will pursue you

The messages said: “We were stormed Haifa Port We know that you are one of his employees. We will give you a short notice to leave the port. The port will be one of the targets of our missiles.”

The Port of Haifa, the most important and largest port in Israel, issued a statement saying: “In the last hours, a number of port employees received short text messages containing psychological warfare.”

The port statement continued: “No damage was caused to the current work at the port, and it is operating as usual and in accordance with the instructions of the Home Front Command, the security forces, and the national cyber system. It must be emphasized that no hacking of the information security systems occurred at the port.”

According to the Israeli Broadcasting Corporation (Makan), the messages are written in Hebrew, but they contain linguistic errors.

She pointed out that “people who are not port employees also received the same message.”

According to Israeli press sources, a pro-Iranian hacker group is behind these messages.

The sources suggested that the phones that received the messages had their numbers in a database that was leaked a long time ago.

Over the months of the war, the strategic port of Haifa was the target of missile and drone attacks, but it was not damaged.
