Beirut… Anger during the security attempt to evacuate a building confiscated by displaced people

The attempt to evacuate the building, based on a lawsuit from its owners, came shortly after the Minister of Interior and Municipalities, Bassam Al-Mawlawi, confirmed that the relevant agencies had taken “exceptional measures” to ensure security in various areas and “remove encroachments on public and private property in Beirut“.
