Saudi Arabia.. making 4 airports available for private sector management during 2025

The minister explained that Saudi Arabia It owns 30 ports, which constitute about 80 percent of transportation services in the Kingdom.

He pointed out that the Kingdom is “going through the deepest transformation processes in its history,” as the government is exiting from doing business in the logistics sector, and the private sector is being empowered in return.

The Minister pointed out in his speech during the World Logistics Forum in RiyadhOn Sunday, he pointed out that Saudi Arabia is located at the intersection of east and west, and north and south, and will establish centers for logistical supply chains, as well as its role in producing green energy.

Al-Falih added that Saudi Arabia will become one of the largest countries producing green energy, while emphasizing the importance of regionalizing supply chains.

The forum brings together logistics sector leaders from around the world to discuss the main trends, challenges facing the sector, and available opportunities. The forum will also discuss future cooperation opportunities between stakeholders in the sector.
