Palestinian medical officials announced that the death toll had risen in an Israeli attack on a school housing displaced people in Deir al-Balah.

The Palestinian Red Crescent reported that 28 were killed and 54 injured as a result of an Israeli air strike on Rufaydah School, according to Reuters.
