In 2020, the Biden campaign convinced a disengaged public that Trump would put us on a path to World War III. Last month, Democrats, including Gov. Shapiro, were observed autographing bombs to be directed at Russians. The public better get engaged.
Stark differences were on display this weekend. While Kamala is in Hollywood partying with Hollywood stars and moguls, Trump is handing out relief supplies to the victims of Hurricane Helene. That is the difference between someone who gets things done and someone like Kamala who lies all the time about doing things.

I can’t believe how Americans are being snookered by Kamala Harris. It makes no sense — she and her party offer nothing but California misery! The only logical explanation is that people are voting against Trump instead of voting for Harris. What a colossal mistake this would be. In response to the anonymous Sound Off reader, yes Trump can propose a national abortion ban but it still must be passed by Congress before it even reaches his desk or it goes nowhere. Also, the reversal of Roe did turn back the decisions to the states as SCOTUS found it to be unconstitutional as is their job. You’re the one who is ignorant of our government. Read the Constitution. Dear Christian, When it comes down to adultery and lying, both Trump and Harris are guilty. I am going to keep complaining about The Mercury’s coverage of the campaign. The Mercury published another deceiving full page of polling. Instead of publishing the current RCP electoral map that shows Donald Trump leading Kamala 219 to 215, it showed a polling map from 2016 showing Clinton in the lead. Extremely deceptive because you had to read the fine print. Who is editing this paper? Kamala Harris?
