Trump and Harris exchange accusations of “lying” and “incompetence”

During her guest appearance on the popular podcast “Call Hair Daddy,” the Democratic Vice President reiterated her condemnation of violence against women and defended the right to freedom of speech. Miscarriagereferring to Trump’s “lies” who accused her of supporting “the execution of children” in the eighth or ninth month of pregnancy.

She said Harris“It is grossly inaccurate and insulting to suggest that this is happening and that women are doing this,” stressing that “this man’s statements are full of lies.”

While the Republican candidate repeatedly tried to portray himself as a “protector of women” during his election campaign, Harris pointed out that “this is the same man who said that women should be punished because they have abortions.”

Abortion is one of the main issues in the election campaign, which Democrats hope to benefit from, while the former president is trying to avoid taking a clear position, preferring to leave the matter to the states to decide.

This podcast represents the first phase of a media marathon, which will see Harris appear throughout the week on various prime-time television and radio programs, especially evening programs such as “The Howard Stern Show” and “The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.”

And headed Trump For the fourth time, he traveled to Wisconsin (north), one of the main states, to hold a rally in the small city of Juneau, and he touched on his usual campaign topics, from controlling immigration to reducing inflation, accusing his rival again of wanting to follow a “communist” policy.

But the former president went further, calling Harris “grossly incompetent” and giving an example of the federal government’s lack of response, he said, to help residents of the southeastern United States who were hit hard by Hurricane Helen.

Trump said that Harris “wants to steal your wealth and abandon you and your families,” and in front of hundreds, he reminded that early voting is open in Wisconsin, saying: “I ask you only one thing: go out and vote.”

Trump lost Wisconsin in 2020 to the current president Joe BidenOn Sunday, he headed there for the fourth time in 8 days, the day after his visit to Butler, Pennsylvania, where he miraculously survived an assassination attempt on July 13.

Opinion polls show that the two candidates are close, while legislators and analysts have expressed concern about increasing hostile language during the election campaign.
