He stressed the importance of free zones in building bridges of communication and creating possible opportunities, as they are dynamic systems that give companies the freedom and flexibility to flourish, as well as a platform for international cooperation and creating shared value to achieve win-win results for all.

For his part, Jochen Knecht, Executive Director of IFZA Dubai, during the session “Developing a strategic framework to attract new generations” at the conclusion of the activities of the tenth session of the World Free Zones Conference, highlighted the importance of integrating the talents of the new generation in free zones, facing challenges, and providing a practical framework. For his part, Holger Schlichter, CFO of IFZA, presented a discussion session that focused on the private sector’s approach to developing free zones and recruiting companies.
