A 31-year-old man was seriously injured in a traffic accident on Friday afternoon and is being treated at the Nicosia general hospital ICU in critical condition.
According to the police, the man was riding his motorcycle on the Nicosia-Troodos road when at around 4.45pm, at a point near Peristerona, he collided with a car driven by a 63-year-old man.
Peristerona police are investigating.
