RICHLANDS, N.C. (WNCT) — The Richlands Volunteer Fire Department responded to the scene of a car crash on Monday.
A car that was driving down Richlands Highway swerved and hit a home and a parked truck. The crash sent the parked truck into the house as well.
The car also hit a propane tank that firefighters are currently trying to remove safely. One resident was inside the home when the incident occurred but was not injured.
The driver has been taken to the hospital.
